No Fats, Oils & Grease in Sewer

Food Scraps, Soups, Sauces, gravies, dressings, oils and meat fats go in the trash.  When you put through the garbage disposal or wash down teh sink with hot water, Fats, Oils and Grease coats sewer pipes and causes blockages. Even small amounts of Fats, Oils and Grease coat the sewer pipes on your property and under teh street.  Over time, Fats, Oils and Grease build-up can lead to sanitary sewer overflows.  Don't sink your grease! Instead, wipe grease and food scrapes off the dishes and into the trash.
